Morning Fire

Five Islands is one of the best places in Maine to witness sea smoke, which occurs on very cold mornings. This particular morning had a good amount of ocean mist, and when the sun rose above the trees, it erupted in a riot of orange hues! The "Lucky Strike" made the perfect subject as sunlight streamed through the windows and the structure of the boat was nicely showcased in the strong backlight.
