Light in the Forest

Glancing out my window driving down Route 302 in Western Maine, I noticed this beautiful section of forest. I quickly turned the car around and parked on the side of the road, and got out my camera. I walked up and down the road, peering into the forest and lining up compositions that showed the beautifully backlit ferns and leaves on the trees. It was absolutely magical!
