Sand Pattern Sunset at Popham Beach

It was looking rather dull when I arrived at Popham Beach this evening. Flat grey skies made the beach feel lifeless. At the same time, the wind was making me feel chilled and uncomfortable after basking in warm sun this morning. But as I've said time and time again, watching the weather and knowing that if the clouds are lined up correctly, and they certainly were this evening, then it's worth it to wait and see what happens when the sun goes down.
