Sky on Fire

I thought we had a chance of a good sunrise today, so I made plans to get out early. As usual, I found myself drawn to Portland Head Light. I ventured down to the rocks because the tide seemed just right and I hadn't photographed down on this beach in a long time. I always try to come up with new compositions every time I visit here. It's a creative sandbox for me.
The sunrise? Well, it was alright, I guess.
