I'm going through old files, seeing what I have and maybe what I've missed. This photo popped up. Not sure why it wasn't sharing. It's not an immediate draw, but I love the details of the scene. If you look closely, you can see a lobster boat headed out to sea, the sternman moving traps on the back deck. The light is nice, and there are few places that give a stronger sense of place than here on the edge of the cove, with a clear line of sight to the open ocean, still protected from the wind and waves. Boats come and go, along with their master, the tide, and life doesn't seem like it could get any simpler than it is right here in this moment.
